Thoughtful estate planning is a valuable contribution to family and friends. While the law provides for an orderly distribution of assets in the event of a passing without a will, it places a burden on those left behind. Our firm helps clients prepare for this life transition through careful and thorough planning. We recommend wills and health care directives for all of our clients, and the process is a relatively simple one. In many cases, we are able to provide this service entirely electronically and therefore at ae  very reasonable cost. We have developed an estate planning checklist as well as a glossary of estate planning terms to help clients start the process.

We are particularly knowledgeable about the needs of families with dependents with special needs.
